1. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your item, as long as it is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Items such as swimwear, lingerie, and personalized products are not eligible for return.

Contact our customer support team at support@leofitt.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
3. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

No, we do not offer direct exchanges.
6. What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us immediately at support@leofitt.com with photos/videos of the damaged or defective item. We will verify the issue and either send a replacement or issue a refund.

Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

We offer shipping to NZ, Canada, Australia and United States. Shipping times and costs vary by location and will be displayed at checkout.
9. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your order's status.
